My Approach
Intake
Before your session begins you will tell me any areas you would like to focus on. This is the best time to tell me any concerns or life updates going on that may be contributing to any stress or pain you’re experiencing. This allows me to decide which special techniques or meridians I will bring to the session.
Assess
In the first minutes of your session I am assessing your body for alignment, tension, energetics, and holding patterns. Each session begins with grounding work to open the flow for healing to occur in your session.
Problem Solve
You’re part of the process. I will chip away at knots, tension, overly active muscle groups, and spend the session working towards improving how you feel in your body, mind, and spirit through somatic led bodywork.
Follow Up
At the close of your session we will re-assess any problem areas. I hold space for you to share anything that came up during your session. We will agree on any continuing care plan and rebook your next session.
